20.7 Statistical Summary

In this chapter we first discussed how random number tables can be generated. Then we discussed samples that have a ratio of sample size to population size greater than 0.05. This is important because in such a case, we have to make some adjustments to make the estimate unbiased.

We also learned how to determine the required sample size for a desired sample variance .
